These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Creook online store. By confirming your order, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.
3. Products
The products offered are comfort, protection and well-being items for babies and children. They are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice. If you have any specific concerns, consult a healthcare professional.
4. Price
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes. Creook reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Order
All confirmed orders constitute a sales contract. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. Creook reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:
- Out of stock
- obvious pricing error
- Suspicion of fraud
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely through a secure payment platform. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card will be charged upon order confirmation.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to 14 days You have until the date of receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal. Certain hygiene products are excluded from this right once opened. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Returns and refunds
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Free returns are arranged through our returns platform. We will issue your refund within 7 to 14 days of receiving the product.
9. Responsibility
Creook's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
